How We're Organizing As We Grow
Four broad focus areas, not a formal org chart. This is the shape Campus Collab is organizing into as real work happens, not a claim that every seat is filled.
Most of what happens at Campus Collab today already fits somewhere in these four. The seats inside each one are what we're filling first.
Content & Social
Where the Campus Collab story gets told: the weekly content series, the platforms, the voice people actually recognize.
What This Will Own:
- Run the weekly content series and grow where we show up
- Create the visuals, copy, and campaigns that carry our voice
- Manage our presence across social and other platforms
- Keep growing reach without losing the voice that got us here
Tech & Product
The site, the opportunities pipeline, and the tools and workflows that keep everything else running. If it's built, automated, or kept running smoothly, it starts here.
What This Will Own:
- Build and maintain the website and the opportunities pipeline
- Keep community platforms and internal tools running
- Automate the workflows that used to be manual, and document how things work
- Prototype new features and test ideas before they go wide
Community
Everyone who shows up, whether they're a new member finding their footing on Discord or someone helping run things behind the scenes. Programs, engagement, onboarding, and the culture that makes people want to stay, on both sides of that line.
What This Will Own:
- Build Discord and Youth Actions up from a small early group into something worth showing up to
- Run the programs and learning tracks that help members grow
- Recruit and onboard both new members and new contributors
- Gather feedback and look after the wellbeing of everyone building this together
Growth & Partnerships
Relationships with the scholarship orgs, funders, and partners who help Campus Collab go further, plus the direction-setting that keeps every focus area pointed the same way.
What This Will Own:
- Build relationships with scholarship organisations, sponsors, and partners
- Pursue funding and resources as the project grows
- Set the direction and make the calls that keep everything aligned
- Represent Campus Collab in rooms the rest of us aren't in yet
Want to Help Build One of These?
Campus Collab is volunteer-built, one founding contributor at a time. If you want real experience and an actual hand in shaping how one of these areas works, we want you early, not after everything's already figured out.
