  • Ensure accountability and alignment across teams

Operations

Operations keeps everything running smoothly — from workflows and documentation to logistics and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain internal documentation and SOPs
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration
  • Handle administrative tasks and scheduling

Marketing & Communications

This team tells the Campus Collab story — building brand awareness, creating content, and growing our community across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategy
  • Manage social media presence
  • Create visual assets and copywriting
  • Run campaigns and growth initiatives

Programs

The Programs team designs, plans, and executes the structured experiences that help members learn, build, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program curricula and frameworks
  • Coordinate facilitators, mentors, and speakers
  • Manage applications and participant selection
  • Evaluate program outcomes and iterate

Technology

Technology builds and maintains the digital infrastructure that powers Campus Collab — from platforms to automation to data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain website and tools
  • Manage community platforms (Discord, etc.)
  • Build automation for internal workflows
  • Support data tracking and analytics

Community & Engagement

This team ensures members feel welcomed, engaged, and valued — creating a healthy culture and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new members and facilitate introductions
  • Run engagement activities (check-ins, co-working, etc.)
  • Gather member feedback and surface insights
  • Cultivate inclusive, positive community culture

Research & Development

R&D explores new opportunities, tests ideas, and incubates initiatives that could shape Campus Collab's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research trends in education, careers, and community
  • Prototype new programs or features
  • Run pilot projects and gather learnings
  • Present recommendations to leadership

Fundraising & Partnerships

This team secures resources and builds relationships with external partners — from sponsors to collaborating organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities
  • Develop partnership proposals and pitches
  • Manage sponsor and partner relationships
  • Coordinate co-branded initiatives

People & Administration

People & Admin takes care of the internal team — recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard volunteers and contributors
  • Manage team directory and internal communications
  • Support team wellbeing and recognition
  • Handle HR-related processes and policies
